Meant to post this a bit ago but this summer I hired CF Contracting for remodeling my summer home in CA, and I'm very happy with the results!! Very professional, great craftsmanship, extremely customer focused, and a lot of attention to detail. I didn't give them that much useful guidance on what I wanted for my house (though I had a specific image in mind, just didn't know the lingo to express it), but they were still able to do exactly what I wanted and gave good advice along the way about how we could achieve it in a cost effective manner.

Basically, one part of the remodel was that I wanted to break up the living room area of my house by increasing the height of one portion of the floor and adding a wide arch between the two sections (as I had seen in another home) and they were able to accomplish that exactly how I had hoped for. I was happy that CF Contracting actually heard my vision through and thought about how to accomplish it without saying it was ridiculous or not aesthetically worth how much it would cost to do it.

I also want to mention that their project management/organization is very good -- I was seeking estimates from other contractors in the area as well and CF Contracting was the only one that made a detailed plan with me in a timely fashion (because I had wanted this to be ready for me to use during at least part of the summer) and they continued that precedent throughout their time working on my house.

CF Contracting is a top-tier contracting company, could not recommend more!
